Lunch Applications:
JH - Use MyMealtime link below to apply for Free/Reduced Lunch.
HS - Paper lunch applications still need to be processed through HUSD nutritional services online or you can call 760-948-1051. The high school lunch service is separate from other financial assistance programs offered by Summit.
Fee Waiver Requests: includes Uniform & bus
JH & HS - Complete MyMealtime application online, then print the paper Fee Request Form below and submit to the school office. Requests will be reviewed and approved once results are received from MyMealtime.
In addition, if applying for a bus pass, please fill out the below bus application in its entirety and submit to the school office. Applications with missing information could delay your application.
You will need your student ID number to access www.MyMealTime.com.
