Summit Leadership Academy, Room #1. Please bring the following items with you to the first day of Volleyball Camp: Physical, proof of insurance, water bottle and come dressed in physical fitness attire.

You can pick up your physical forms from the office, Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, or print them from www.slahd.com.

Camp dates are Saturdays, Thursdays and Fridays in July, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
