Please see below for the information on the California Cadet Corps. They have been around since 1911 and many of our California Leaders were part of California Cadet Corps. the adventure question what does the California Cadet Corps do we Train Ordinary students to be leaders and we have been doing so since 1911 that answer is never been enough because the simple answer teaching Cadets leadership doesn't articulate how we met the demands of the world because the world changed and we had to change with it which meant we have to innovate adapt most of all stay relevant changing that we have to demand more of the organization changement we got to improve our training to meet the demands of the world complexities not only do we teach good as leadership drill ceremony which is what some may badly describe of us but we teach our Cadet everything from first aid survival training conflict resolution public speaking how to make a lesson and deliver a lesson ethical decision making organizational culture planning Logistics Administration risk assessment teamwork critical thinking public affairs the basics of computers tearing them down and putting them back together and then we also teach drill and ceremony and Leadership I see in The California Kid in for the training of our Future Leaders leaders that rises because we knew as an organ we have to equip the leaders we are preparing to be our Legacy with every skill possible to meet those complexities the modern world and that is the California Cadet Corps everyone that has been training leaders since 1911 at the movement to this era where Cadet Corps is expanding innovating and demanding more of itself we recognize are we coming how much more we are capable of doing and to me that right there is the mark of a great organization that is able to adapt has been adapting for over a hundred years to create leaders in California
